Your satisfaction as a customer is our top priority so we offer the possibility of a return or refund. Because these requests are so rare, we are able to handle each one a personal base. Just send us a message using the form on our Contact Us page and we will advice you how to proceed.
We accept a return on most of our products. You have the right to apply for return within 30 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It also must be in its original packaging. To complete your return, you need to send it back to us to the address below. Any shipping costs attached to the return are to be payed by the customer.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify that we have received your item and if your return is eligible for a refund or not. Please note we can mostly only offer refunds when the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning in any way.
When your refund is approved a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
